At Zephyr, quality is a big part of what we do. From our Innovative Design process, to fabrication, to delivery, quality is always our top priority. Every part is thoroughly inspected to assure the highest standards are met in every process we perform.
In addition to quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, we have a 3D scanner that we utilize with our engineering department to reverse engineer parts, to check the quality of a part compared to what we have, ensuring that every part we manufacture meets the highest standards of quality and is 100% accurate. This quality control technique is relatively new, and not used by very many companies in our industry, so we are confident we are on the front end of this cutting edge process.
