At Zephyr, quality is a big part of what we do. From our Innovative Design process, to fabrication, to delivery, quality is always our top priority. Every part is thoroughly inspected to assure the highest standards are met in every process we perform.

It’s the cornerstone of any fabrication operation. We offer a full complement of welding types and material capabilities.

We have the full range of capability to create your parts all in-house. From laser cutting, to punching, and tube bending.

It’s an important aspect of the Zephyr process. We have our own in-house powder coating facility to handle the heavy lifting. We have strong third party relationships with outside vendors for services such as galvanizing, zinc plating, polishing, and etching.

We manage all the logistics necessary to ensure you on-time delivery and efficient implementation into your manufacturing process. Assembly, kitting, custom crating, and delivery are all part of our service offering.

We take pride in our experience and knowledge in the fabrication process. As a partner, our goal is to help you make a better product. We accomplish this by providing engineering assistance, reverse engineering, 3D Scanning, SolidWorks support, and extensive quality control protocols.

We work with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and galvannealed material on a daily basis. We’ve built strong relationships with material vendors in our area, and receive next day deliveries upon request. We also stock standard materials, keeping lead times to a minimum and making sure we meet important deadlines.

We believe we can work in any industry. There are several industries that we have extensive experience in, including Waterparks, commercial tool, aviation and more.
